~ Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ~
We understand that life happens — and we’ll always do our best to work with you. In return, we ask for the same consideration. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes affect our ability to serve every client well.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or any reduction in services within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge for all services originally booked. This includes removing a service at or after arrival (for example, deciding at the door that you no longer need a service you booked). Please review your booking before the 48-hour window if adjustments are needed.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of services booked.
Late Arrivals
Please call ahead if you think you may be running late. Arriving more than 10 minutes past your appointment time may result in your service being shortened or forfeited, as we cannot encroach on the next client’s reserved time. If a late arrival prevents us from completing your full service, you will be charged for the service originally booked — not for what we were able to fit in.
