~ Our Cancellation Policy ~
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We completely understand that things come up and schedules sometimes need shuffling around. This is why we like to keep a “treat me the way you’d like to be treated” policy at Bardot&Co. Whenever possible, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, however in order to do so we need enough notice to make those wax dreams happen.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in 100% charge of services booked.
Late Arrivals: Please understand that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your service, we most likely won’t have time to perform the booked service. Please call ahead if your think you may be late. We will always try to accommodate but cannot take away from another clients reserved time. Missed appointments due to a late arrival will result in 100% charge of services booked.
Confirmation Of Appointments: We will make several attempts to confirm your appointment. However if you do not confirm within 12 hours, the appointment will be released and bookable for someone else.
